A Silent Weekend Retreat with Markus Atmananda
Markus Atmananda extends an invitation to a weekend retreat centered around non-dual meditation and self-enquiry. The doors are open to anyone who wish participate and immerse themselves in silent contemplation and the exploration of meditation. Whether you opt to practice at home or join us in person, give yourself an opportunity to dedicate yourself to your practice for the weekend.
• Markus Atmananda gives you daily guidance into stillness via Satsangs and together we will investigate the essence of Non-duality and Vedanta.
• You will explore guided meditations, mantra meditations and spiritual Self-enquiry.
• You will experience devotional practices and the possibility to participate in kirtan and bhajans.
• During the silence it will be possible to ask questions during the Q&A part of the sessions.
• This is an opportunity to deepen your own practice with the emphasis on the internal process.
• For on-site participants, a vegetarian lunch and tea will be provided.

2000 kr (200€) online or 2400 kr (240€) on site. Swish or Paypal/Bank payment for participants outside of Sweden. Disclose your payment option in the email. You will be mailed the payment info as soon as you have sent the signup email.

All meditation and Satsang sessions will be broadcast live via Zoom

Individual practice:
Honor the opportunity for personal introspection and self-exploration. Trust your inner guidance and allow your meditation practice to unfold organically.
Satsang, guided meditation and Q&A:
Attend scheduled Satsang and guided meditation sessions with an open heart and mind.
Respect the designated times for communal practice, acknowledging the shared energy and intention. Share your obstacles or questions in the Q&A. Remember, your questions will not only clarify the subject for you, it will also help the other participants.
Minimize the use of electronic devices to support a deeper connection with oneself and the present moment.
ABOUT MARKUS ATMANANDA
Markus Atmananda has been exploring meditation since 1999. He began his spiritual journey after experiencing depression in the late 90s. His initial encounter was with books by authors such as Osho, Krishnamurti, and Ramana Maharshi. Without knowing any specific meditation techniques, he sat and observed his mind for several hours each day. He quickly glimpsed the freedom and stillness beyond thoughts. He felt a strong inclination towards non-dualistic traditions and has since met several teachers within these traditions, including Mooji, Adyashanti, Swami Shashwat, and Nukunu.
