Non-dual meditation is first and foremost a tool for self-exploration. Knowing oneself is crucial to a peaceful existence and the basis for all serious meditation. The purpose of the meditation is to realize the natural wisdom that is inherent in all. Techniques such as self-enquiry, guided meditations, mantra meditation, contemplation, and bhajans are used organically in the practice. The goal is to allow the practitioner to explore meditation without any restraints or dogmatic rules. Under the guidance of Atmananda, you will be free to explore meditation at your own pace.
