What is non-dual meditation?
Non-dual meditation is first and foremost a tool for self-exploration. Knowing oneself is crucial to a peaceful existence and the basis for all serious meditation. The purpose of the meditation is to realize the natural wisdom that is inherent in all. Techniques such as self-enquiry, guided meditations, mantra meditation, contemplation, and bhajans are used organically in the practice. The goal is to allow the practitioner to explore meditation without any restraints or dogmatic rules. Under the guidance of Atmananda, you will be free to explore meditation at your own pace. Atmananda has experience in guiding both beginners and long-time practitioners. Through consistent practice, non-dual meditation can cultivate a deep sense of peace, clarity, and inner freedom.
About Atmananda
Atmananda’s spiritual journey began in 1999. Exploring various meditation traditions, he eventually found resonance with non-dual meditation and Vedanta, drawing inspiration from sages like Ramana Maharshi and Nisargadatta Maharaj. Pivotal moments occurred through encounters with teachers such as Mooji, Nukunu and Adyashanti. Following a recommendation, Atmananda connected with Swami Shashwat Ji in Rishikesh, whose teachings deepened his understanding of meditation during his stay in the ashram. Currently residing in Malmö, Sweden, Atmananda shares his insights through workshops and non-dual meditation talks.
