rkus Atmananda extends an invitation to a weekend retreat centered around individual practice. The doors are open to those who wish to participate and immerse themselves in silent contemplation, extending beyond the scheduled Satsang and guided meditation sessions facilitated by Atmananda. For on-site participants, a vegetarian lunch and tea will be provided. Whether you opt to practice at home or join us in person, this presents an opportunity for introspection, sitting in silence, and embracing the essence of non-dual teachings. There are no obligations or requirements; come as you are and be as you are.

ABOUT MARKUS ATMANANDA

Markus Atmananda has been exploring meditation since 1999. He began his spiritual journey after experiencing depression in the late 90s. His initial encounter was with books by authors such as Osho, Krishnamurti, and Ramana Maharshi. Without knowing any specific meditation techniques, he sat and observed his mind for several hours each day. He quickly glimpsed the freedom and stillness beyond thoughts. He felt a strong inclination towards non-dualistic traditions and has since met several teachers within these traditions, including Mooji, Adyashanti, Swami Shashwat, and Nukunu. From 2016 to 2017, he lived in India with his guru. Markus Atmananda has been teaching since 2009.
